How fast can a new data entry workflow be live?
Most scopes are live in 5 to 10 business days. The first 48 hours are sample runs against your real data, used to tune the OCR pipeline and QA rules. We do not start counting SLA until you sign off on the accuracy baseline.
Who sees the data?
Named, vetted operators in our Islamabad office plus a remote engineering pod. Every operator is NDA'd to your statement of work, and we do not pool operators across clients with overlapping data. Audit logs are exported to your S3 or equivalent on request.
Do you replace our existing BPO?
Usually no. Most clients bring us in alongside an existing vendor to cover overflow, off-hours, or specific queues. We run a 2-week parallel run with your current vendor so the cutover is provable, not promised.
