Books that close on time, every month.
TL;DR. TechSure runs accounts receivable, accounts payable, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and month-end close for production finance teams. Line-item reconciliation accuracy is 99.6 percent on first pass across our pilot clients in the last 12 months. We work out of your existing ledger and we never overwrite a posted entry.
What does TechSure's finance and accounting service cover?
We run the books and the close, end to end. AR, AP, bookkeeping, reconciliations, month-end close, financial reporting, audit support. We work out of your existing ledger, not ours, and we do not require you to migrate. If your CPA is on QuickBooks and you are on Xero, we will not make you move.
What we cover, in plain terms
- Accounts receivable: invoicing, dunning, collections, payment posting
- Accounts payable: vendor onboarding, bill entry, payment runs, 1099s

- Reconciliations: bank, card, payment processor, intercompany, payroll
- Month-end close: timeline, workpapers, management reporting
- Audit support: prepared-by-client schedules, PBC list, auditor liaison

- Custom ledgers via API, SFTP, or warehouse-native integrations
FAQ
Common questions on Finance Accounting
What does TechSure's finance and accounting service cover?
Accounts receivable, accounts payable, bookkeeping, bank and card reconciliations, month-end close, financial reporting, and audit support. We work out of your existing ledger: QuickBooks, Xero, Sage Intacct, NetSuite, SAP Business One, or a custom system. We do not require you to migrate.
How does reconciliation accuracy compare to an in-house bookkeeper?
Across pilot clients in the last 12 months, line-item reconciliation accuracy is 99.6 percent on first pass. Discrepancies over a threshold you set are flagged for human review, not auto-resolved. The engagement dashboard exposes every flag, with the original source attached.
Can you handle multi-currency and multi-entity books?
Yes. We work with multi-currency ledgers and consolidate across entities in QuickBooks, Xero, and NetSuite. We have run books for 4 to 12 entities under a single engagement. Consolidation reports ship on the cadence you set.
How do you keep our books audit-ready?
Every entry is tagged with the operator, the source document, and the timestamp. We never overwrite a posted entry: corrections are reversing entries with the original preserved. Your auditor gets a clean trail, not a forensic puzzle.
Do you file taxes or sign audit opinions?
No. We prepare the books and the workpapers, and we hand them to your CPA or auditor. We do not sign returns, opinions, or filings. If you do not have a CPA, we can refer one from a vetted partner list. We do not take referral fees.
Have books that need a team behind them?
Send a brief. We come back in 24 hours with a scope, a price band, and a named senior accountant.
