How does the transcription workflow run from audio to verified text?
Four stages, instrumented end to end. Every word is tagged with confidence, timestamp, and speaker. Low-confidence segments are routed to a human reviewer.
The four-stage pipeline
- Ingest. Audio or video arrives through S3, Dropbox, Zoom recordings, or a webhook. We hash the file and store the original.
- Transcribe. Speech-to-text models produce a first draft. Confidence is attached to every word and every segment.
- Review. A transcriptionist cleans the draft, names the speakers, fixes low-confidence segments, and applies your house style.
- Deliver. You receive a verbatim transcript with timestamps, a clean read, an optional summary, and an action-items extract.
How is the engagement structured, and what does it cost?
Statement-of-work, with a fixed monthly retainer sized to the audio volume, average file length, and turnaround SLA. We do not bill per minute. The retainer covers the transcriptionists, the senior reviewer, the engineers, the dashboard, and the named account owner.
What the monthly price covers
- Named transcriptionists trained on your house style and vocabulary
- Senior reviewer for QA on long or sensitive files
- A TechSure engineer on the pod, owning the storage and delivery integrations
- Engagement dashboard with live accuracy, turnaround, and volume
- Monthly review with the named account owner
