Virtual assistants that ship ops work.
TL;DR. TechSure provides dedicated, named virtual assistants trained on your tooling. They are full-time members of your ops team, not a marketplace rotation. Three-week onboarding with a senior reviewer on call. By week 3, the VA is operating as a member of your team.
What does TechSure's virtual assistant service actually do?
We provide dedicated, named virtual assistants trained on your tooling and your workflows. They are full-time members of your ops team, not a marketplace rotation. Tasks include inbox triage, calendar, travel, CRM, expense reports, document prep, and ad-hoc ops work.
What VAs handle, in plain terms
- Inbox triage: sort, label, draft, archive
- Calendar: schedule, reschedule, prep briefs
- Travel: book flights, hotels, ground transport, visas
- CRM: update records, log calls, qualify leads
- Expense reports: receipt collection, categorization, submission
- Document prep: decks, briefs, contracts, agendas
A live demo of this discipline's workflow mounts here. Static metrics shown until then.
How does a virtual assistant get productive on your tooling?
Three weeks, structured. Week 1 is shadowing. Week 2 is supervised work. Week 3 is independent work with a senior reviewer on call. By the end of week 3, the VA is operating as a member of your team.
The three-week onboarding
- Week 1: shadow. The VA observes your team in their tooling, with read access to your systems. They document the workflow and the conventions.
- Week 2: supervised. The VA handles real tasks, with a senior reviewer checking every deliverable. The reviewer gives daily feedback.
- Week 3: independent. The VA handles real tasks, with a senior reviewer spot-checking. By the end of week 3, you sign off on independent work.
How is the engagement structured, and what does it cost?
Statement-of-work, with a fixed monthly retainer sized to the VA hours, the time zone overlap, and the tooling access. We do not bill hourly. The retainer covers the named VA, the senior reviewer, the engineer, the dashboard, and the named account owner.
What the monthly price covers
- One named VA, full-time, in your stack
- Senior reviewer on call for QA and overflow
- A TechSure engineer on the pod, owning the tooling access and audit logs
- Engagement dashboard with live task count, hours saved, and rating
- Monthly review with the named account owner and a TechSure partner
FAQ
Common questions on Virtual Assistants
What does TechSure's virtual assistant service actually do?
We provide dedicated, named virtual assistants trained on your tooling and your workflows. They are full-time members of your ops team, not a marketplace rotation. Tasks include inbox triage, calendar, travel, CRM, expense reports, document prep, and ad-hoc ops work.
Do you provide dedicated VAs or a shared pool?
Dedicated, by default. Your VA is a named full-time member of your team, with overlap on holidays and time off. A shared pool is available at lower cost, but the trade-off is consistency.
What time zones do you cover?
Our VAs are based in Islamabad, with overlap of 4 to 6 hours with US, UK, and EU business hours. We do not run shifts overnight, but we can staff for extended hours on request.
What if my VA goes on vacation or leaves?
Every VA has a named backup who is trained on your workflows. Vacation coverage is built in. If a VA leaves, the backup takes the seat and the onboarding is run again for the new VA. The engagement does not pause.
How is security handled?
SSO via Google, Microsoft, or Okta is enforced. Hardware-bound 2FA on every account. Audit logs are streamed to your SIEM daily. NDAs, DPAs, and BAAs are signed per engagement.
Have a workflow that needs a team behind it?
Send a brief. We come back in 24 hours with a scope, a price band, and a named engineer.
